The Pilgrims who have non-Islamic names must have a statement from any Islamic Center Showing Their Conversion To Islam
Important notice for visitors traveling to Saudi Arabia on a tourism visa.
All travelers entering on a previously issued tourism visa will be required to pay an additional fee of SAR 40 at the airport of their arrival to cover insurance for any COVID-19 related medical expenses.

Packages That have a stopover or additional nights In Turkey / Egypt Etc, we do not do the visa for these places and must be obtained by the customer.
Rates are given on standard non view rooms, extra charge will be required for Kabba/Haram view room and for suites.
Private transportation will accommodate only 3 pieces of luggage, for extra luggage bigger vehicle will be required, at Extra cost. If using BUS services with group travel client must handle there own luggage.
Check in time to the hotel is between 3:00 to 4:00 PM, early check in will apply extra one night rate or at the hotel discretion at the check in check out time is 12:00 PM, Late check out will be extra or one night charge or at the hotel discretion

PCR Test must be taken 24H before you fly and must be valid til you arrive in Saudi Arabia. Aqra Travel Road To Makkah is not responsible for for PCR testing results and outcome.
We reserve the right to cancel any group tour up to 40 days before departure if there are not enough people . In the unlikely event this is necessary, we can make alternative arrangements for you to visit or take back full refund without any penalty upon request
If paying by check payment and for any reason the check is returned of insufficient funds, Aqra Travel Will charge $50 Fee for all returned checks.
Cancellation. All Umrah Packages are fully NONE REFUNDABLE and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. For all other travel and tour packages, including Hajj and Umrah, all cancellation requests must be received by Aqra Travel Road To Makkah By Email. You acknowledge and understand that Aqra Travel incurs significant expenses and losses if a traveler cancels a booking. You expressly understand that the following cancellation fees will apply and be strictly adhered to with your package cost., Travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended.
